The Hilton Zurich Airport hotel is 5 minutes by free shuttle from Zurich Kloten Airport. The complimentary hotel bus runs from the airport to the Hilton Zurich Airport hotel every 15-30 minutes between 5.45am and 11.30pm. The bus leaves from the Arrivals level between Terminals 1 and 2.

If you have reserved a room it will be under the NFS Group booking. We have agreed a room rate with the hotel of CHF 249 per guest, per night. Services and tax are included however, city tax (CHF 2.50) and breakfast (CHF 35) are excluded. If you still have no hotel reservation, please contact Claire asap.

As always we will be hosting a pre-meeting dinner on the evening of October 10th. This meeting's dinner is at Kaufleuten. If you have not already booked your seat, please talk to Claire asap.

We have a table booked at 20:00 and plan to leave the hotel at 19:40 by mini bus. We will meet in the hotel lobby from 19:30. For those of you who are not staying at The Hilton Zurich Airport hotel but will join us for dinner, please either meet us in the hotel lobby or at the restaurant. The reservation is under the name of Magnus Lind, NFS.

The meeting will start at 09:00 on the 11th of Oct in ‘La Place AB’ on the fourth floor of the hotel, and coffee/tea and pastries will be served in the Foyer of the meeting room from 08:00. There will be a sign in the hotel reception and close to the meeting room so you will easily find it. There will also be a registration table outside the meeting room where you can collect your name badge.
